• Cancellations by Kliavan.com: If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Cancellations by Customers: Cancellation eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
  • More than 48 hours before service: You can cancel for free.
  • 24–48 hours before service: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking will apply.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No cancellation allowed.

2. Non-Refundable Cancellations
   Cancellations will not be accepted or refunded for:

• Missed services due to customer delays or no-shows.
• Incorrect information provided during booking.
• Special promotions or discounted bookings, unless otherwise stated.
